Operations strategist & builder of purposeful organizational infrastructure
Based in Madison, WI.
Here’s a peek to where my energy is going right now:
-
I provide operations strategy for amazing individuals, organizations, and small businesses in the purposeful set up + care of their processes and projects — optimized for impact.
This means: setting up systems that actually get used, clarifying what a business needs to grow sustainably, and being a steady thinking partner through complexity and change.
If you’re working on something that matters and you need someone to help you build the container for it, I’d love to connect.
-
I serve as the operations lead for The Culture of Repair Project, a visionary initiative working to bring repair education into K-12 classrooms across the globe.
My role here is part facilitator, part architect — I help to shape the strategic direction of the project and build the operational infrastructure that allows its objectives to gain traction.
-
Litterless is a state-by-state directory of refilleries and compost businesses — a resource for people who want to live with less waste and more intention in their communities and as they travel the United States.
Everything you need to make less waste, in one place!
-
Come learn about waste reduction in our Wisconsin community! I support the project as an advisory council member and facilitator. I also organize the Dane County Repair Network - where you can learn more about upcoming repair gatherings in our community.
Let’s Collab!
If you’re building something purposeful and need a thinking partner, an “operational architect”, or someone who can help you see the whole picture and support you toward it, I’d love to hear what you’re working on.
I’m also always open to creative collaboration, exchanges, and connections that serve broader networks. If something here resonates and you’re not sure quite how to put it into words — reach out anyways.
