My work sits at the intersection of operations, stewardship, and maintenance. Through organizing, right-sizing, and tactical collaboration, I explore how we (the people, projects, and practices) can build a more beautiful, durable, and just future together.

I am naturally drawn toward connecting people, ideas, and systems in service of a more beautiful and just future. I communicate through synthesis and pattern recognition. I am not here to perform any expertise; I am here to explore, test, translate, and share what I learn. My expression is less about being the center of attention and more about helping others see new possibilities and pathways forward.

I serve as the operations lead for The Culture of Repair Project, a visionary initiative working to bring repair education into K-12 classrooms across the globe.
My role here is part facilitator, part architect — I help to shape the strategic direction of the project and build the operational infrastructure that allows its objectives to gain traction.

I provide operations strategy for amazing individuals, organizations, and small businesses in the purposeful set up + care of their processes and projects — optimized for impact.
This means: setting up systems that actually get used, clarifying what a business needs to grow sustainably, and being a steady thinking partner through complexity and change.
